WARNER, Okla. – The CSC Presidential Search Committee and the A&M Board of Regents have started the process to select the next President of Connors State College. Current CSC President, Dr. Ron Ramming, plans to retire from his position at the end of the 2025 – 2026 academic year.
The President serves as the chief academic and administrative executive for the institution. Connors State College is a state-supported residential, two-year college established in 1908 with its main campus located in the rural setting of Warner, Oklahoma. CSC is also home to a branch campus, located in Muskogee, Oklahoma.
With a Fall 2025 enrollment of roughly 2,000 students, Connors State College operates with the mission of “Building Futures One at a Time” while promoting excellence in the local community and the global society. The College is comprehensive in nature, supporting general education, certificate, technical, agricultural, and pre-professional programs leading to associate degrees in Arts, Science, and Applied Science. The institution is accredited by The Higher Learning Commission.
The Search Committee encourages community members to nominate potential candidates for the position. The search process will take place over the course of the 2026 Spring Semester.
A&M Regent Billy Taylor will be chairing the Search Committee and has expressed confidence that this position will draw a number of quality applicants. Search Committee membership includes students, support staff, faculty, administration, foundation, community, board, alumni, and at-large representatives.
