The Upward Bound Program is a federally funded program designed to identify, select, and motivate  economically disadvantaged or 1st generation college students  target schools to graduate from high school and enter some type of post secondary educational program.

5. Carl O. Westbrook Library Learning Center (1985)

Carl O. Westbrook Library Learning CenterNamed after the College's eleventh President, The Carl O. Westbrook Library Learning Center at Connors' Warner Campus houses the Library, the Learning Skills Center, Multi-Media Production Room,  President's Office, a 150 seat Library Auditorium, and two distance education classrooms. 

The Library Learning Center is a campus wide resource with over 35,500 available book and video titles, 380 periodical subscriptions, online WebVoyage catalog and subscription databases, computer assisted tutorials and application programs. Over 50 computers are available for research and classroom assignments. Experienced library staff are available to help students find the information they need.

6. Anna B. Gatlin Hall (2000)

Gatlin HallGatlin Hall, our newest facility to the campus, opened in 2000 and houses 80 women and living quarters for a dorm parent. Popular features of this neoclassic hall are the suite style rooms--two rooms share a bathroom and the private rooms.
