  Completed in 1985 and named for Connors' eleventh president, Carl O. Westbrook, the Westbrook Library Learning Center houses the Library, the Reading Center, one distance education classroom, and the Library Auditorium at the Warner Campus location. The Muskogee Campus Library occupies the eighth floor of the downtown Haskell Building on Second and Court Streets, in downtown Muskogee.
