Please follow the instructions below to complete an application. You may either print the application and fill it out or you may fill it out online and then print the application.

  1. Click on the appropriate application link, either Dormitory Housing or Family Housing.
  2. Fill the application out completely, then Print. 
  3. Sign and date.

  4. Mail the completed application along with deposit to:
