FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTION FOR THE BUSINESS OFFICE

Q: Can I pay my tuition at the Muskogee campus?

A:  Yes, unless you are currently living in on campus housing.  We encourage those students living in the dorms to make arrangements in Warner.

Q: Can you look up my financial aid award amount?

A: Yes, the business office has limited access to financial aid questions and are able to provide basic information.  Questions beyond the scope of available information should be referred to the financial aid office.

Q: Where do I get my parking permit and photo I.D.?

A: Photo I.D.'s and parking permits are issued in the business office once tuition and fees have been paid.  Students who have been awarded financial and scholarships will be able to receive theirs prior to having a zero account balance.

Q: Will I owe money for any dropped classes?

A: Yes, if the class is dropped after the date specified as the "last day to drop a class and receive full refund" listed in the schedule.

Q: Can I receive information regarding my account over the telephone?

A: Specific account information must be provided via mail or in person.  Students are asked to see the appropriate department with a valid form of photo Identification, preferably the CSC I.D. card.

Q: Is there a monthly payment plan for tuition and fees?

A: Yes, there is a payment plan that allows the student to pay their cost of tuition throughout the entire semester as opposed to the whole amount in a single payment.  This service is offered through Tuition Management Systems, TMS.  Please see a business office representative to apply.

Q: What is the cost per credit hour at CSC?

A: Since total cost varies depending on the student's state of residence, proficiency level, and specific course selections, please see the schedule for the exact amount.  Information regarding tuition and fees can also be found at www.connorsstate.edu/registrar/tuition.htm.

Q: What form of payment will CSC accept?

A: Connors State College will accept cash, check, VISA, MasterCard, money order, or company purchase order.

Q: I don't have a vehicle, am I still required to have a perking permit ?

A: You are not required to have a parking permit if you do not intend on using the parking facilities.  However, you must tell the appropriate business office representative that you will not be requiring a parking permit prior to paying your bill.  **Note** Students who have not acquired a parking permit and use the parking facilities are susceptible to receiving a parking fine.

Q: I am receiving financial aid, how do I purchase my books?

A: You will need to see a business office representative with a photo I.D., if financial aid funds have been posted to your account you will be given a charge slip.  The charge slip will need to be presented to book store personnel when purchasing your required text and materials.

Q: When can I get my charge slip for the next semesters books?

A: You can pick up a charge slip in the business office as soon as your financial aid has been posted to the business office system.
